At Excalibur Displays we respect your privacy. This is a secured site for financial transactions. Your information will not be sold or provided to third party companies, except to the appropriate financial institutions in the processing of your order. Personally identifiable consumer information is shared with third parties (such as banks and credit card processors) to the extent necessary for Excalibur Displays to deliver payment processing services.

Occasionally if an item is on back order, or out of stock, the customer will be notified and may choose either to wait, order another item, or receive a full refund.

Excalibur Product Warranty

Excalibur Displays Inc. guarantees its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Defective items must be returned within three business days of receipt of claim. Said product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Excalibur Displays Inc. Purchaser is to pay all shipping costs.

The conditions of this limited warranty:

1) The product shall not have been subject to improper use, altered, or otherwise damaged.

2) There shall be no evidence of deliberate destruction or improper handling.

3) A copy of the original invoice must be returned with the product.

No agent or dealer for Excalibur Displays Inc. is authorized to assume for Excalibur Displays Inc. any other liabilities or obligations in connection with its products or modify, extend, or alter the terms of this warranty in any way.

Open Account Policies

All purchases are shipped paid in advance or COD unless credit arrangements have been made in advance with Excalibur Displays Inc.

Past Due Policy

All accounts that have not been paid within 45 days will start to accrue interest at a rate of 18% per annum. Product will not be shipped to accounts 45 days past due until accounts are reconciled with Excalibur Displays Inc. accounting department.
